How to cancel your Book Award Pro service

We’re sorry you decided to cancel your service, but we completely understand. You can easily cancel directly within your account online.
Continue reading to learn how to cancel your Book Award Pro service.
Go To My Account
Start by visiting the My Account section inside the app.
Next, scroll to the Services at the bottom of the page.
Then, select the book for which you want to cancel service.
When you choose your book, the side panel will open, and you can select Switch Plan or Cancel Service.
With the ever-growing awards landscape, we highly recommend switching your book to a free plan rather than canceling it altogether.
This way, it doesn’t cost you anything to keep a pulse on which award opportunities your book is eligible for. When you’re ready to get back into winning book awards, simply switch your service back and continue your award-winning journey.
I Want To Switch To Free
Select Switch Plans and choose the Free option in the right-side panel.
Confirm the switch by selecting “Yes, Switch Plan,” and your service has been downgraded.
You can switch to any of our plans at any time. If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, be sure to compare them.
I Still Want To Cancel
Select Cancel Service, and simply confirm your selection.
Within a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your service has been canceled.
Your service will remain active until your next billing cycle. So, if you signed up on the 5th of the month and you cancel on the 25th, you’ll still have access until the 5th of the following month.
